Lakemont is a non-gated community, and all of the streets within the community are public access roads governed by traffic laws that are enforced by Fort Bend County.
In accordance with the Association’s Deed Restrictions, Residents of Lakemont are instructed to park their vehicles either inside their garages or on their driveways. Residents should not park their vehicles on the streets for more than 48 hours. Click “HERE” to submit report
HOMEOWNER'S ACCOUNT PORTAL
The Homeowner’s Account Portal allows residents access to see and pay any yearly assessment dues or additional fees owed. Residents can see any open deed restriction violations on their accounts. EMR applications can be submitted through this website.
If needed, please email LakemontCA@grahammanagementhouston.com for your account number. Please include address.

STEPS FOR LAKEMONT RESIDENTS TO GET A POOL ACCESS CARD:
- Use this link to complete your registration.
- Once access cards are ready for pick up, you will receive a call or email.
- If you need an additional or replacement card, contact the office. Each additional/replacement card is $5.
- All residents must submit a signed a Liability Release Form prior to pool usage. Use this link to download the waiver.
